Reducing our carbon footprint

Today, climate change is one of the crucial challenges.
We want to be part of the solution.

 

Carbon reduction
The first step in reducing our footprint is to better understand our emissions. We work with experts to measure the impact of our production activities. This enables us to reduce our emissions across the entire supply chain. We are already well on our way to becoming more sustainable and also taking responsibility for our emissions caused by buildings, production and transport (Scope 1 and 2). We currently offset 100% of our direct greenhouse gas emissions caused by business travel and logistics (Scope 3) caused greenhouse gas emissions.

Our goal

With our CO2 footprint partner Netzero, we are committed to neutralizing CO2 emissions by up to 90% by October 2024 with 100% transparency.

 

Material procurement

We ensure traceability and transparency. We source leather from ethical tanneries. Working with verified and certified suppliers provides recommended guidelines for continuous improvement.

All leather in our collection  conforms to Leather Working Group (LWG) guidelines.
The manufacturers of this leather are verified according to chemical, environmental, waste management and traceability standards.
